Limited Appearance...
Sunday, 5 PM Eastern.
It's really easy to file a notice of completion and it is required by Indiana rules.
This is literally it:
NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TEMPORARY OR LIMITED REPRESENTATION
Under Trial Rule 3.1(I), this form must be filed by the attorney when the attorney’s temporary or limited representation of a party is completed.
1. On ___________________, the undersigned attorney filed a Notice of Temporary or
Limited Representation on behalf of ____2. The Temporary or Limited Representation was completed onDate: _________Attorney Nam____Attorney Number: Address: Phone: _______________________FAX: ________________________Email Address:
(Insert or attach certificate of service as required by Trial Rule 5)
So why didn't Kevin Greenlee of the Murder Sheet podcast file his?
Why does it matter? Should it? I think it does and it should.
It wasn't until August 28, 2024 - after all the trash talking, gag order still in place, contacting Richard Allen and fixing to doxx and swat away critics that Greenlee and other lawyers were removed from the case (none of the other lawyers listed have a podcast, made media appearances or talked about the case like you know who(s).
The contact with Richard Allen in April of 2024 to ask him if he wanted to plead guilty or get a plea deal, etc., is rule 4.2 violation (represented party) but it takes on a new sheen now knowing they were still intervening parties on the same case number.
But there are issues of pre-trial publicity - that jury pool (all those screeds in their downloads) machine their podcast was (Rule 3.6 - Trial Publicity - A lawyer who is participating or has participated in the investigation or litigation of a matter shall not make an extrajudicial statement that the lawyer knows or reasonably should know will be disseminated by means of public communication and will have a substantial likelihood of materially prejudicing an adjudicative proceeding in the matter.), and the gag order.
Wow. That's a lot. Join me and we will go through the CCS, Mystery Sheet, LLC's limited appearance, the yeeting letter of August 2024 and more!
